NES shoes and bags (hereafter NES) are powered by a non-profit company, Erlin Galéria Nonprofit Kft., Ráday street 49., 1092 Budapest, Hungary, which sustains other contemporary art projects as well.

NES accepts orders all year long on it's online shop and confirms receipt of the order in e-mail.
You are invited to communicate your foot measurements in the note
when you are checking out, right before payment. The length of the foot and its width at the largest point
with the circumferences of the ball/joint and of the waist are the measurements necessary for shoes, while the
short heel circumference with the ankle circumference are needed
for a pair of well fitting short boots. The heights of your ankle
with the circumference of your calf and its heights are needed
for high boots. Please, only measure your foot while sitting.
NES cannot guarantee that colors on the website will be true to life which depends partly on the color settings of your monitor.
(3) Cancellation of Orders
Orders can not be cancelled, NES can not give back your money if you change your mind.
Orders must be confirmed with payment (the “Payment”) amounting to 100% of the value of the Order (the “Price”). The full amount of the Price must be credited to NES to start the production.
NES will ship your shoes and/or bags in 45 (fifteen) working days after the receipt of the order and deliver them according to the service you've chosen and the delivery address, but shall not be liable for the late delivery of the shoes due to the fault of the Carrier.
(6) Passing of title and risk
Title to the shoes and/or the bags and the risk shall pass to the Client upon the delivery of the articles by NES to the Carrier. NES is not liable for any damage to the shoes and/or bags after handing over the shoes to the Carrier.
(7) Quality complaints
NES delivers the same quality shoes and/or bags as the shoes and/or bags exhibited on it's webshop. The delivered shoes and/or bags must be inspected and NES must be notified in writing of every quality complaint immediately, but not later than 3 (three) calendar days after delivery. The defective shoes must be returned according to the instructions of NES in their new condition. NES inspects the defects and if the complaint is well founded it returns the full Price.
Since NES also transforms vintage leather jackets and trousers into unique shoes and bags, if you order items made of recycled leather and/or recycled textile, they will have the same general appearance, but they will not be perfectly identical with the prototypes. There may also be minor imperfections which are intentional and add style. NES does not accept any complain with respect such differences of color, texture or appearance, or such minor, intentional imperfections.
Goods purchased on sale can not be returned. We only produce on order, do not have any stock. The only discounted pairs are prototypes from our showroom and press office., that is why they can be cheaper.
(8) Protection of yur pesonal data
NES will not use your personal data to any other purpose.

(10) Applicable law and jurisdiction
This document shall be governed by Hungarian law. Disputes arising from or in connection with this document shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of – according to the value at case – the Metropolitan Court or the Central Court of Budapest in Budapest, Hungary.
Our Return Policy in short
- Contact NES before returning any items.
- You can return the product within 30 days of delivery, exept for shoes purchased on sale which can not be returned.
- The product must be in new condition.
- To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'.

Please contact NES before returning any items.
It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts NES and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint. NES must be notified in writing of every quality complaint immediately, but not later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days after delivery. The defective shoes must be returned according to the instructions of NES. NES inspects the defects and if the complaint is well founded it returns the full Price.
You can return the product within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition, unused, with its packaging intact. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. NES suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
NES will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.

Returning A Package
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. NES is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Want to switch to another size of the same product?
E-mail us, provide your customer information, and tell us you will send back the product and the size you wish to receive in exchange. You will have to pay once again for the shipping.
Want to switch to another product?
Return the product you have received and send us an e-mail telling us which product you want instead. You will have to support the cost of all additional shipping. We will reimburse you or you will have to pay us if there is a difference between the prices of the exchanged product and the new one.
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us. NES shell not be liable for any damage during the transport of the goods, but we will help you get refunded.
